Danna K Studio by Danna Kolbeck
I am a watercolorist who also enjoys explores other media, reflecting a versatile approach to creative storytelling. My paintings are impressionistic interpretations of moments rather than photographic depictions. I often transition into mixed media and woodworking, creating through tactile expression and material dialogue. My drawings are detailed yet whimsical, revealing both structure and imagination. Each piece embodies a balance between reflection and action. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Art and English with an emphasis in Creative Writing from Dakota Wesleyan University, where I developed my passion for visual narrative.
